About the role

As a Software Engineer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.

About the team

What you will be doing

• Working with Service Catalog creation and Maintenance along with workflows, work through on automation.

• Working with Integrations with third party tools.

• Facilitating rollout of new applications and modules.

• Designing, programming, debugging and modifying software enhancements.

• Interacting with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.

• Participating in software design meetings to determine technical requirements.

• Working with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams.

What you bring

• 6 to 12 years of experience with ServiceNow Development.

• Experience in Designing new implementation within ServiceNow.

• Able to research on new modules in ServiceNow, provide demonstration to stakeholders.

• Good knowledge on ServiceNow Scripting - Client Scripts, Business rules, Jelly scripts, UI pages and others.

• Troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDB.

• Work experience in development of Service Portal.

• Strong knowledge with ITSM process.

• Working Knowledge with ITSM, CSM, HR and other modules within ServiceNow and eBonding/ServiceBridge.

• Knowledge on Angular JS, ITSM, ITIL process, JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting.

• Strong subject knowledge on UI development.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
