Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAPSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processesOversee general ledger accuracy and assist with consolidations across multiple entitiesCollaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely filings and complianceContinuously enhance accounting procedures and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3-5 years of progressive accounting experience; family office, investment management, or private company background a plusStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principlesExcellent analytical skills with high attention to detailProficient in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
