This professional, also known as a "celebrity specialist," must stay updated on all aspects of culture and possess a keen sense for identifying emerging talent. This includes musicians, film and television actors, athletes, influencers, and thought leaders in various fields such as fashion, beauty, sports, music, arts, entertainment, and gastronomy.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Identify and closely follow emerging talent in areas such as music, film, television, sports, fashion, beauty, and other related industries.</p></li><li><p>Manage talent and celebrity booking, as well as entertainment content across all Conde Nast titles and platforms. This includes digital, print, video, and event media, among others.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary local contact point for talent booking in global or large-scale productions conducted in the market.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain strong relationships with talent representatives, agents, managers, and other key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the overall editorial strategy by proposing innovative ideas and opportunities for coverage of emerging talent.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with other editorial teams to develop engaging and relevant content about emerging talent, including profiles, interviews, reviews, and news.</p></li><li><p>Contribute and implement innovative ideas to drive traffic, audience engagement, and talent-driven content, and play an integral role in content ideation and collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Once talent participation is confirmed, coordinate production details for the shoot from the talent's perspective, ensuring their commitment to participating in interviews and related videos supporting their photoshoot sessions.</p></li><li><p>Understand the evolution of the intersection of media, brands, advertising, celebrities, and influencer culture globally.</p></li><li><p>Research and gather relevant information about potential talent, including their achievements and current projects.</p></li><li><p>Participate in entertainment industry events and activities to expand the network of contacts and stay abreast of the latest trends and developments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><p>+3 years of previous experience in roles related to talent identification and promotion in the entertainment industry</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of current trends in music, film, television, fashion, beauty, and other relevant areas.</p></li><li><p>Strong network of contacts in the industry</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent networking skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry figures.</p></li><li><p>"Digital first" profile with digital skills who fully understands digital media operations, digital content creation, digital media work rhythms, digital technical keys, audience data, and problem-solving;</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes</p></li><li><p>High level of English (test will be conducted)</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><u>What happens next?</u></h1><p>If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below, and we will review your application as soon as possible.
