TITLE:                  Wildflower Lounge Server

LOCATION:         Iron Blosam at Snowbird

STATUS:              Seasonal

SCHEDULE:         Schedules vary based on business levels. THIS POSITION WILL NOT START UNTIL DECEMBER.

• Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

• HOUSING IS NOT AVAILABLE

SUMMARY

As a cocktail server you will provide quality food and beverage service as well as food and beverage knowledge to guests in Snowbird lounges. Responsible for coordinating individual station and communicating with front and back of house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Assist with setting table to restaurant standards

• Present menu and specials to each table 

• Resolve guest concerns and questions 

• Review receipts and assist guests with transactions

• Help other restaurant positions as needed

• Communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel 

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Great listening, speaking, and presentation skills

• Multitask is a must

• Strong organizational skills 

• Job experience is a plus

• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification

• 21 years of age 

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

WORK SCHEDULE

• Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.  Schedules vary based on business levels.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Travel to Snowbird Resort

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening

• Work some weekends and holidays depending on business levels

• Stay overnight in case of road closures
