Accounting Specialist

Our client, a major Midstream operator is seeking an Accounting Specialist that will be a short term need (6 months). The primary responsibilities will be coding invoices submitted via Ariba or loading directly in S4.

Looking for, attention to detail, organization, experience with invoicing in Ariba and coordinating between stakeholders, and excellent communication.

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Contract Duration: This is a 6 month assignment

• The primary responsibilities will be coding invoices submitted via Ariba or loading directly in S4.

• 5+ years of invoicing experience
• 5+ years of Ariba experience
• S4 experience is a plus
• Coordination with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
