Assists with general accounting functions.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Assist with the preparation internal reports and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting.
• Help maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to accounting processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
