About the role

This is expected to be a JG 9-10 position. Full job levelling assessment will be undertaken by Nokia, and final position grades will be confirmed in due time

Family Description

Project Management (PM) comprises project management for execution of cross-functional / geographical projects and programmes from initiation to completion. Covers determination of project / programme goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / programmes achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.

Subfamily Description

Customer Project Management (CPM) ensures customer projects / programmes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Contains projects throughout all phases, starting from delivery approach identification to completion / care / operation. Comprises management of customer (and all stakeholder) relationships and expectations during the contract fulfilment as well as project team members / resources. Contains project risk management, and driving of improvement actions to secure project gross margin and upselling and cross-selling.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Accountable for overall NPO business and project management for her/his projects and other initiatives which outcome of annual planning process or business decisions
  • Accountable for customer interface & internal stakeholders management, including dependency management within projects and among all stakeholders
  • Accountable for project planning and execution adherence towards customer contract and adherence to NPO processes and/or other applicable service portfolio delivery processes she/he is supporting
  • Driving of cost adherence & improvement actions to secure sales margin (SM), revenue, and up/cross-selling
  • Supports in pre sales as extensions on the current contract
  • Drive proactive NPO initiatives in the respective customer account
  • Build a strong customer relationship with corresponding customer interface
  • Manages corresponding customer interface for scope, change management and acceptance issues
  • Plan and communicate accurate demand figures for demand planning process
  • Manages communications with Project management teams and corresponding Project Engineering streams

     

You have:

  • Master's Degree in Technological Industries
  • NPO Experience in 4G/5G
  • Proven experience with Senior Management and CX level engagements
  • Proven experiences in managing Network Planning and Optimization Programs and Projects
  • Solid leadership and communication skills
  • Acts independently
  • Coping under pressure
  • Customer relationship management
  • Risk & Communication Management
  • Fluent in English

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Holds valid PMP® certification or equivalent (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Influences Others
