Operations & Knowledge Exchange Intern

Job Description

As an Operations & Knowledge Exchange Intern, you will work with Product Managers, Project Managers, stakeholders, and business/customer support teams to assist with the organization, optimization, and knowledge sharing across the team, division and organization. Tasks will include helping to create a central repository of documents, and links through our SharePoint teams site. You will collaborate with the teams to deliver a SharePoint site that is organized, intuitive and easy to navigate – ultimately being a champion for efficient operations and knowledge sharing for all product documentation. We are looking for someone who has a passion for efficiency and to help continuously organize and promote this across the team and organization at large.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze current as-is state, SharePoint site, compile documentation and determine overall SharePoint site needs.
• Provide clear and effective communication to bring stakeholders into alignment.
• Improve file directories and organization of key product documentation 
• Be the champion across the team, division, organization to ensure all cross functionally have access to necessary information 
• Continually improve and adapt the site to meet cross functional user needs 
• Lead product knowledge sharing meetings to demonstrate how and where to find needed details 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Working toward an administration, design, library sciences degree or similar
• High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
• Excellent organization and communication skills 
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
• Has an insatiable curiosity and the willingness to learn.
