During you Master's Level Clinical Outpatient Therapist Internship you:

• Will work within our outpatient therapy program. Range Mental Health Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and is part of an intentional shift in practice to provide holistic care that identifies all areas of need and providers resources and support to assist individuals on their wellness journey. 
• Will experience exposure to multiple therapeutic modalities and therapeutic styles. 
• Will learn clinical skills of assessment, case planning and ongoing treatment. 
• Will provide Individual and Group therapy sessions. 
• Will provide Intentional Collaboration and wraparound services.  
• Will have a tailored learning plan to support individuals’ growth. 

Supervision, Support and Collaboration:

• Each internship opportunity will be provided at minimum weekly individual and group supervision. 
• Weekly the intern will also participate in a multidisciplinary team meeting. This meeting includes therapists, skills workers, psychiatry, and nursing staff. All programs that are offered within RMHC are represented. The aim of this meeting is to collaborate on services, problem solve issues and celebrate successes.
• We provide supervision to people that have completed their Master’s Degree (LPCC, LISCW, LMFT) and need this for licensure. 

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Must be enrolled in a college or university graduate program to be eligible for this internship

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
• Adequate level of vision to use computer terminal.
• Sufficient hearing to accurately record information received verbally.
• Must be 18 years of age.
