<p>The Development Optimisation & Pipeline Management department within RWE's Offshore Wind business, has a global mandate and outreach to directly and indirectly support the regional development organisations and project teams with various aspects of development project delivery. One of the sub-teams of this department - Pipeline Management - supports the entire offshore organisation through three core topics, the coordination of project steering committees, the maintenance and further development of a comprehensive digital pipeline database and the associated reporting area, which provides internal stakeholders with the necessary transparency and visibility of the portfolio to support data-driven decisions.</p>

<p>Your future plans:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Facilitate the global process for monthly Project & quarterly Strategic Pipeline Steering Committees</p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate and manage annual Steerco schedule and global cross-functional invites</li>
<li>Collect and coordinate agenda items, create and communicate final agendas</li>
<li>Collate and distribute pre-read material including formal quality checks (compliance with global standards)</li>
<li>Run Steerco meetings (MS Teams) by supporting the chair of the meeting, taking notes and capturing actions and decisions</li>
<li>Transparent follow-up of the recorded meeting results, as well as distribution & maintenance of central action and decision log</li>
<li>Ensure and improve the existing standardization of the global project reporting to support efficient meetings and decision-making</li>
<li>Present and promote the Steerco process in different company forums and actively shape the future development and success of the process</li>
<li>Work closely with the rest of the Pipeline Management team on Steerco interfaces to the global pipeline reporting and the integration of Steerco elements into our digital pipeline and reporting platform</li>
</ul>
<p> Your profile:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>University degree in a relevant subject (Business Administration, Business Engineering, Communications, etc.)</li>
<li>Very good communication skills combined with the ability to work constructively across different levels within an international organisation to establish, define and implement processes and changes</li>
<li>High level of service and solution orientation</li>
<li>Great attention to detail</li>
<li>Good organisational skills to meet fast-paced timescales</li>
<li>Ability to seek and propose improvements to tools and processes</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills, especially in using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.)</li>
<li>Understanding of the development process (Offshore Wind) from project inception to FID is beneficial</li>
