Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Business Operations to lead our National Client Production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—taking ideas, turning them into action plans, and delivering results on the ground to our clients.
You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing production plans, interfacing with client teams, alignment with internal stakeholders, driving process improvements, and ensuring outcome optimization. Responsible for achieving client goals, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
10+ years work experience
Minimum five years of operational experience with increasing functional knowledge and responsibilities.
At least five years of experience leading teams and projects as well as working cross-functionally with multiple teams
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of partnership, collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Occasional travel for meetings
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred with a Masters or MBA a plus
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
