We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembler to join Temperature+ System Products, USA in Greenwood, Indiana to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature engineered solutions and system products.
What is the role about?
This role is responsible for day-to-day operations in the final assembly of high-quality temperature devices. Implements and executes operator preventative maintenance tasks to support machines. Completes production plan to ensure on-time delivery. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Asseble devices (mechanical and/or electronic) to form complete unit or subassembly at appropriate location, including programming transmitters and using a laser

Perform visual inspection and functional testing during assembly operation

Participate in cross training on production process in your work area
- Determine the correct pack to use for each device to ensure no damage during shipment

Maintain a neat and orderly work area in conjunction with 5S Lean concept
- Utilize computer applications to perform automated testing of devices and close production orders upon completion

Use production and software systems to look up or enter information that supports the area

All other duties as assigned

Can read and understand basic drawings, diagrams, and production orders

Must be flexible and willing to learn different positions
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years related fabrication experience or equivalent professional training.
