The Licensed Clinical Program Director develops and directs a large clinical program or multiple clinical programs that provide advanced behavioral health assessment and intervention strategies to individuals and families in office/facility, client home or school community settings. With the goal to promote recovery and overall wellbeing, the incumbent oversees the provision of services, supervises clinical management and ensures service delivery is coordinated so that client needs, program goals and contract objectives are effectively met. Overall, the Licensed Clinical Program Director contributes to the CHS high performance culture by exhibiting our values and providing quality results that position CHS as the leader in delivering proactive solutions for children and families.

Primary Job Functions

1. Develop and direct a large clinical program or multiple clinical programs, while overseeing the provision of services with the goal to promote recovery and overall wellbeing, while meeting client needs, program goals and contract objectives.                                                                                                                                                                                              Clinical Program Management & Supervision 

• Manage the provision of direct service clinical programs that provide advanced behavioral health assessment and intervention strategies to individuals and families in office/facility, client home and school community settings.
• Ensure that areas of responsibility meet all CHS licensing, contractual and quality assurance standards and requirements.
• Ensure established clinical impact targets are met or exceeded while upholding the CHS standards of care.
• Monitor clinical impact data; develop and implement correction plans, as needed.
• Provide clinical consultation to program clinicians and clinical management.
• Support clinical team member skill development and service enhancement through field training, perspective and empowerment.
• Collaborate with the Quality Team to develop, implement and monitor clinical outcome measures.
• Maintain adherence to electronic health record parameters regarding claims capture, documentation and reporting.
• Provide clinical supervision as needed for licensure for clinical counselor registered interns and trainees.
• May provide clinical supervision to clinical counselor registered interns and trainees with signed agreement.    Clinical Program Administration
• Develop and regularly monitor annual program budget(s); ensure clinical programs meet revenue goals through the attainment of grants and other funding.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
