About the Role
This Sr. Manager-level PdM will be the hands-on strategy lead driving the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform. They will work not only at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy, but also with the program team and LOBs to solve problems and get us to a well-managed launch.
The role requires a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies. They will be responsible for:
Bridging the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones.
Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers.

Basic Qualifications:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
