Requirements
We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our Senior Living Apartment Community, Idlewild Creek Apartments (215 units) in Cornwall, NY and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
- 1-2 years prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor on a multi-family apartment community
- Proficient in Make Ready Board monitoring and scheduling
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word-PLUS
- Maintenance employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
- Superior customer service skills
- Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Yardi
- Preferred licenses: Pool license
