Without IT, the innovative power of the BMW Group would simply not exist.</p> <p>You will be responsible for the IT cut-over activities, the end-to-end rollout management and hyper-care phase of projects within BMW's Customer, Brand and Sales organisation.</p> <p>The main objective is to ensure the comprehensive go-live of the processes and IT systems across European Markets. This requires the development of an approach and concept, along with Business and IT counterparts within the project, to structure the rollout and cut-over activities with the markets in scope, as well as plan the post go-live activities (hyper-care).</p> <p> </p> <p>What awaits you?</p> <ul> <li>You will enable and support the markets in scope and act as a liaison between the markets and the various domains, products, and applications.</li> <li>You will analyze the organizational transformation elements, complex processes, and technical problems, enabling of specialized stakeholders, internally and externally, in finding solutions for the project.</li> <li>You will plan the technical cut-over and the hyper-care phase across all relevant domains, products, applications and along the markets in scope.</li> <li>You will coordinate, validate, and secure a reliable end-to-end IT environment, as basis for the end-to-end testing and cut-over rehearsal stages of the project.</li> <li>You will orchestrate and be responsible of the end-to-end planning and execution of the rollout, cut-over and hyper-care phases for the markets in scope. </li> <li>You will work with and coordinate internal, agile, and international expert business and IT teams, as well as external teams of rollout managers.</li> <li>You will create management monitoring KPIs and regularly report in various management circles during the planning and execution of the rollout, cutover and hyper-care phase.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What you should bring along?</p> <ul> <li>University Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.</li> <li>Several years of relevant experience as release or IT project manager.</li> <li>Expertise with release and cut-over management across multi-domains and products and the ability to steer the implementation end-to-end.</li> <li>Structured way of working, pragmatism, hands-on mentality, and solution orientation in terms of agility.</li> <li>Experienced with the agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence).</li> <li>Business fluent in English and German.</li> </ul> <p><br/> You are motivated to contribute your own ideas and explore new technological paths?
