About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
The Program Management Executive, Low Carbon Solutions will lead the end-to-end oversight of a portfolio of Carbon Capture and Storage initiatives within the organization. The individual will drive teams and internal projects to maintain and enhance program performance over time. Additionally they will guide stakeholders through key decisions, communications and activities internally and across departments. They facilitate process improvement and identify and articulate stakeholder needs to drive strategies and maximize outcomes related to ROI, customer satisfaction, and organizational metrics and performance.
This is a senior hire who must show the capability, determination, and enthusiasm to make a significant contribution to the company’s future success. As such, selected candidate will be required to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and an inherent relationship building orientation. She/he will also be expected to demonstrate a deep commitment to our core values, stand on principles, and meet our leadership expectations.
What you will do

Ensure concept(s) meet business needs and decision makers are informed of areas of vulnerability and opportunity across CCS portfolio

Manage complex program(s) or strategic initiatives that span organizational boundaries, and have a significant impact to business. Identify process improvement opportunities and take action to implement enhancements to maximize outcomes and growth.

Development and implementation of program management framework across CCS including tools, processes and strategy to ensure clarity and consistency of approach to delivering CCS projects

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance complex program within CCS. Provide direction and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment. Drives outcomes by fostering a collaborative culture. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors.
