Description
We are seeking a Digitial Health Delivery Manager to join our UK Digitial Health team. The Digital Health Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving innovation across our business.This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded digital health professional with a passion for MedTech to lead the identification, development and implementation of a dynamic portfolio of digital health initiatives. You will translate strategic ambition into scalable, commercially viable digital solutions that enhance patient, client and resident experience while strengthening day-to-day clinical and care delivery.

This is a full time, remote role working 37.5 hours per week. Although remote, regular travel will be required to our Hammersmith office and to our sites across the UK.
There will be a two-stage interview process for this role, with 2nd stage interviews week commencing 13th April in-person in Hammersmith.
What you'll be doing
You will lead digital health initiatives from opportunity identification through to implementation and embedding into business-as-usual across Priory sites, translating horizon scanning insights into robust business cases aligned to Group strategy. Working across clinical, operational, commercial and technical teams, you will provide disciplined delivery oversight to ensure solutions are innovative, commercially viable, clinically appropriate and scalable. You will drive stakeholder engagement, manage third-party suppliers and remove delivery barriers to maintain momentum and accountability. The role also carries responsibility for governance, regulatory compliance and information governance, ensuring initiatives meet NHS and PMI requirements and deliver measurable clinical, operational and financial value.Further information is available in the job description
What you'll bring to the role
We are seeking a degree-educated (desirable) professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to delivery, ideally with PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management expertise. You will bring strong analytical capability, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, and the ability to synthesise complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for a range of stakeholders. A proactive mindset and genuine interest in digital innovation, MedTech and technology-enabled services are essential, with the ability to translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions.You will have at least three years’ experience delivering business-focused initiatives, ideally within healthcare or other patient, client or customer-facing environments, and be confident managing multiple projects with competing priorities. Experience of defining and tracking measurable outcomes, and exposure to NHS, PMI or other regulated environments, including partnership negotiations, would be advantageous.
