Administrator Assistant

Job Overview
The Technical Administrator role fits between our data-oriented solutions team and strategy-minded consultants.  It requires an expert with an eye for detail to best facilitate the procurement and use of data across project teams.

Essential Functions
• Administrate network drives by maintaining and defining user groups and storage while overseeing the archive protocol and auditing standard operating procedures regularly
• Manage SQL server by monitoring storage and space, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing the archive protocol
• Manage practice intranet by granting access and creating accounts and troubleshooting server issues
• Provision team data requests through ticket management, database creation, as well as data extraction and load processes
• Manage data investigation process by acting as a point of contact for teams with data issues and communicating findings between appropriate groups in order to ensure timely and effective follow-through
• Growth opportunities for the role could expand to include more strategy-based challenges such as providing analytical support for data investigations and taking ownership over practice methodology/best practices for data use.
