Job Description

You will join the sales support team and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Drafting, processing, and monitoring quotes, orders, and deliveries in accordance with established sales support procedures.
• Preparing quotes for potential clients.
• Gathering necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests.
• Supporting clients and distributors.
• Assisting in the tracking of deliveries for recorded orders.
• Opening, monitoring, and filing customer files.
• Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of the follow-up on customer files.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.     

• Graduated from bachelor/master degree in international business
• You have a significant first experience in a similar position.
• You are autonomous, meticulous, and know how to take initiatives.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.
• You have already worked with an ERP and/or a CRM.
• Mastering English is essential.
