Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking energetic, team-oriented professionals to join our team in the IDD Residential Services Division as a Site Coordinator.

The Site Coordinator is responsible for assisting the IDD Residential Program Specialist with overseeing the daily operation of the community home(s) by reinforcing the regulations set forth by the state and local entities and Threshold's policies and procedures. The duties and responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional job description are subsumed in the Site Coordinator position. This position is supervised by the IDD Program Specialist.

The Site Coordinator will work an open shift at the community home they are assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Valid PA Driver's License
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• Pre-employment Physical Exam
• Pre-employment TB (Mantoux) Test or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
• Within 10 weeks, complete DSP-DD Training
• Within 6 months, complete Med Practicum Observer Training Program
