Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% On-Site)

Contract Position | 40 Hours/Week

Project: Large-Scale Mission Critical Infrastructure Build

About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to support a high-profile, large-scale infrastructure project in Temple, TX. This individual will serve as the Owner's Representative, overseeing construction execution, contractor performance, project coordination, and schedule adherence throughout the remaining phases of the project.

This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with experience managing contractors and driving field execution on complex projects. The position is focused on leadership, coordination, communication, and delivery rather than design or engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Owner's Representative on-site throughout construction activities.
  • Manage and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and support adherence to critical milestones.
  • Drive construction execution and ensure work aligns with project objectives, quality standards, and safety expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, contractors, engineers, and client stakeholders.
  • Support MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and telecommunications-related construction activities.
  • Identify project risks, coordinate issue resolution, and remove roadblocks impacting execution.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, including connectivity and commissioning personnel, to support successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-15 years of construction management or project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and construction execution in the field.
  • Experience serving as an Owner's Representative or General Contractor Project Manager.
  • Strong construction management and project coordination work history.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage schedules, priorities, and construction activities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting mission-critical or critical facilities projects.
  • Data center construction experience.
  • Experience within one or more of the following industries:
    • Critical Facilities
    • Semiconductor Manufacturing
    • Oil & Gas
    • Healthcare Infrastructure
  • Exposure to commissioning, turnover, connectivity, or retrofit projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
