About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP PP/QM workstream in an S/4HANA implementation project.

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive process improvements in production planning and quality management.

Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules according to business needs.

Design and document functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.

Collaborate with development teams (ABAP, Basis, PI) for technical deliverables.

Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare during project deployment.

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and provide guidance to team members and end-users.

Conduct training sessions for business users and support knowledge transfer.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices (e.g., FDA, ISO if applicable).

Work with global teams across different time zones, as needed.

   

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.

At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects as a PP/QM lead.

Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionalities, Fiori apps, and data models.

Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.

Hands-on experience in master data (BOM, routing, work center, inspection plans, etc.)

Integration knowledge with MM, SD, WM, and EWM modules.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Ability to lead workshops and document business process flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Knowledge of SAP Best Practices in manufacturing and quality management.

Experience with MES integration, batch management, or serial number management.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance in manufacturing (e.g., GMP, ISO standards).

SAP certifications in PP/QM or S/4HANA are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.
