Quality Performance Rehab (QPR) has 10 clinics across the central/SE Florida area and we are continuing to grow. The QPR team provides the best individualized patient care in the St Lucie county and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Full-Time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage at our Prima Vista/Stuart/Goldtree/Fort Pierce locations. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities - Licensed Physical Therapist:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
  • Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
  • Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.
