Overview

You will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to help implement new solutions, solve problems, and improve existing processes. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for providing a positive and meaningful online experience for our users.
Responsibilities
- Drive results. Support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Assist your team with requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation. Work with your leadership and stakeholders to understand overarching goals and execute against project plans.
- Project Coordination. Track project progress and update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and meeting notes. Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate and collaborate. Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure project requirements are met. Facilitate project meetings including kickoff, requirement gathering, and regular status meetings to assist with launching projects within scope and on schedule. Build and maintain positive working relationships through proactive communication with team members and stakeholders through project delivery.
- Learn and grow. Develop your understanding of your customer’s needs and develop the skills and capabilities to provide the best experience possible. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Help support senior project managers in larger, more complex projects.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in digital project management
- Bachelor's in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with project management software and tools (such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or UX/UI design
- Knowledge of GIS technology
- PMP, PMI, Prosci, or other related certifications
- Master’s in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
