About the role
Description
*MULTI-SITE MANAGER*
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall patient experience within the clinic and driving improvement with the overall patient experience.
- Manage the staff and daily business operations of the clinic.
- Continually evaluate staff performance on a regular basis including verbal/written disciplinary action and annual performance reviews.
- Provides input to the Provider Supervisor regarding the performance of all providers working in the clinic.
- Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, safety’s, quality assurance program, environmental and infection control standards.
- Interacts with the Director of Operations regularly to ensure appropriate operational and clinical service delivery.
- Assures that adequate staffing is present through the scheduling of receptionists, medical assistance, radiology technicians, occupational medicine technicians, and any additional staff needed.
- Ensures appropriate clinic expense, revenue and revenue management including input in annual budget process and monthly review of profit and loss statements.
- Review and analyze all financial reporting and profit and loss statements.
- As applicable, maintain skills in back office and front office departments to provide back up for these positions.
- Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training of personnel.
- Training of new clinical staff members.
- Addresses patient concerns promptly, utilizing customer service skills and makes recommendations for and/or implements resolution as necessary.
- Participates in On-Call Solv review rotation and provides resolutions to customer concerns to all clinics.
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population.

- Requesting permissions and communications style.
- Ensures accurate maintenance of patient’s medical records and the patients records are treated as confidential information.
- Ensures that the clinic is properly stocked with all medical, office, medication supplies, and other items needed by placing orders as needed.
- Ensures that the front desk EBO’s balance daily and notifies their regional supervisor of any issues.
- Regularly inspect the clinic and equipment, report repairs to the proper to the Facilities manager as needed and make suggestions for additions and replacements of equipment to the administration team.
- Pick up any trash on the outside of the clinic each morning before opening.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings as required.
- Holds monthly staff meeting with all clinic staff.
- Regular meetings with the Regional Supervisor and Director of Operations to establish ongoing goals and objectives.
- Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends.
- Maintains a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with facility standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-3 years of Management experience in a medical office/clinic/hospital.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management, organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail.
