Position Summary

The Bar Staff is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and alcohol service guidelines, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $4.35 and is tip eligible

 

This is a seasonal role from July 21, 2025 and will end on October 21, 2025. 

 

This position will remain open until October 21, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and bar menu offerings
• Support other team members during busy times or events
• Report any safety, intoxication, or guest concerns to management
• Uphold company policies and deliver excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (or 21 depending on local laws) years of age
• Prior experience in a bar, nightclub, or hospitality setting preferred
• TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification (if applicable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance
