EEG Technologist

All Cortica employment decisions are made based on an individual’s qualifications and ability to successfully perform the job responsibilities.</p> <p><strong><em>What will you do?</em></strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <ul> <li>Setup, operate and maintain routine and ambulatory EEGs&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform equipment diagnostics when needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Keeping inventory of EEG supplies&nbsp;</li> <li>Apply electrodes to a patient’s head without expectation that the patient will remain still or be able to follow directions&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team working with children with developmental disabilities and their families/caregivers&nbsp;</li> <li>Teammates are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl&nbsp;</li> <li>Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds&nbsp;</li> <li>Basic understanding of and ability to use basic software and systems including, but not limited to, electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products; daily use of laptop and/or tablet for email, note taking, and other tasks required&nbsp;</li> <li>Reasonable&nbsp;accommodations&nbsp;may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>We’d love to hear from you if:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>You are a graduate of Nationally Accredited Neurodiagnostic program&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>You possess an associate degree</li> <li>You have experience working with pediatric patients with autism and o
