About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships to lead, manage and grow our enterprise sales efforts across North America. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales team, formulating sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within our target enterprise segments.


Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead teams of sales professionals, including sales management, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, development and support to the sales team, and implement strategies to ensure each team member reaches their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the enterprise sales strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market, expanding our client base and penetrating key industries.
  • Channel Partner acquisition, enablement and success: Plan, acquire, enable, and help partners succeed by executing a programmatic approach to channel program.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, closely monitoring sales pipelines and KPIs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to executive leadership, offering recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within targeted enterprise organizations, positioning our solutions as essential to their success.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, crafting tailored solutions that address their pain points and deliver substantial value.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and consistent messaging.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to make informed strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, including 10+ years in a sales, partnership and leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of disruptive AI technology and the challenges faced by enterprise organizations in the USA.
  • Strong network of relationships with key decision-makers in the enterprise market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Experience with CRM systems, prospecting tools and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
