Job Description

Reporting to the VP Commercial Strategy Premium-Midscale-Economy Europe & North Africa, he/she contributes and guarantees the implementations in France and Monaco of the tactics and operational initiatives deriving from the Commercial strategy. Main job purpose:  
•    To assure proximity to operations, regular support & topline generation to VPOs
•    To bridge Operations and SMDL streams, addressing regional needs.
•    To promote SMDL Value generation over existing or new strategic partners assuring their satisfaction
•    To increase awareness on Commercial solutions and their adoption

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Maximise performance strategic hotels & new openings
•    Action Plans formal consolidation & follow-up
•    Market & performance monitoring and regular reports via executive dashboards
•    Represent Commercial departments. Qualify needs & provides briefing to streams, 
•    Trends sharing
•    Detect & size business opportunities
•    Attend some BRM and animate meetings with Commercial experts and Operations. 
•    360°MACRO VIEW (B2C and B2B)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
•    Sales, Strategy, RM, Communication. Strong analytic. Accor and industry tools knowledge 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•    High degree of organization and advanced planning & follow-up skills
•    Ability to collaborate with diverse subsets of individuals, cultures and seniority levels 
•    Capacity to establish relationships and create conditions necessary for mutually co-operative efforts
•    Work in autonomy
•    Data Analysis and reporting capacity. 
•    Representation & coordination
•    Strong interpersonal & communication skills
•    Solution maker attitude
•    Agile, flexible and adaptable
•    Fluent French and English. 

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
•    Minimum 5 years experience into Commercial Dept. (in particular Sales, Marketing, Distribution, RM)  
•    Master's Degree or equivalent is of advantage
