About the Role:
The Program Analyst will be responsible for managing program launches and pricing updates for our GoodRx Retailer Program strategy on the Scriptcycle pharmacy claims adjudication platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy adjudication and analytics and have a skillset that is a balanced mix of project management and implementation roles. Projects will require close teamwork with pricing leads, engineering, operations and cross functional colleagues for both existing offerings as well as custom solutions. This position requires occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
Using your baseline understanding of pharmacy pricing, develop a thorough understanding of GoodRx pricing programs, becoming the expert on pricing possibilities within our adjudication platform
Serve as a subject matter expert on custom pricing programs being developed, helping to ensure optimization and balancing innovation with delivery
Drive quality and timely implementation of all new customer contracts through project management, business analysis, and implementation to go-live, ensuring all contract program terms are successfully met.
Continually evolve the implementation process for existing and new programs, based on customer needs, internal efficiencies, and new internal requirements
Analyze complex claims data to proactively detect systemic issues and communicate meaningful outcomes to internal stakeholders
Drive all program implementations in a systematic way, tracing out how changes to one part of a plan or solution will have ripple effects in other areas
Independently solve problems as they arise, and shorten implementation timelines
Support post-program launches, as needed, to reinforce program KPIs and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the retail pharmacy space
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent practical experience as project or implementation manager, within retail pharmacy
Understanding of pharmacy claim adjudication, application of pricing rules, and associated claim data
Proven track record of juggling multiple projects at a time while maintaining strong attention to detail
Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively
Strong SQL and Excel proficiency
Experience working with Power BI or Looker (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
