The Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Lead Marketing Manager, Email to own and evolve our email marketing strategy. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a team of email marketers, and align email programs with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in email marketing, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.

The Main Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy, including planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of email marketers, providing strategic direction and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including campaign strategy, sales, customer success, and product marketing, to align email programs with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in email marketing through A/B testing, personalization, automation, and new technologies.
• Oversee the development of email and landing page content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and performance goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Seismic.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email marketing.
• 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
