SAP Project - Planning Coordinator

Establish the heat treatment schedule according to warehouse and customers demands. Establish production schedule for the plant. Support logistic team in all of the logistic process. Raw material management ; Release/Call-off and receiving on purchase orders or contracts for alloying ingredients, molten aluminum and remelt materials in accordance to the Material manager requests, within SAP; Perform monthly physical counts of raw materials and finish goods products; even during week-ends for month ends Investigate all gaps between physical count and system inventory with the appropriate department; ( Raw materials & remelt materials ) Assist Lapointe management team in various administrative tasks, based on knowledge and skills of the jobholder. Assist Lapointe management team in reviewing the KPI and root causes in relation with logistic and customer services. Chips and dross management
