Senior Financial Date Analyst | Automotive Aftermarket

As a Senior Financial Data Analyst, you will execute a variety of special projects, reporting functions, and continuous improvement processes. You will be responsible for handling complex reporting, driving business improvement across various functions, and identifying business opportunities. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a baseline understanding of technology.

What you will be doing:

• Handles complex reporting using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Works across business functions including Operations, Sales Ops, Finance, and Accounting to drive business improvement.
• Analyzes financial and other data to identify business opportunities.
• Identifies data inconsistencies and process issues for continuous improvement.
• Executes projects for continuous improvement or to enable new capabilities.

What you will likely bring:

• 8+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to conduct complex multi-variate analysis.
• Knowledge of structuring data to analyze or report in response to complex business inquiries.
• Basic understanding of project management tools and their application.
• Good communication skills, able to present to executive level.
• Ability to create graphs and visualizations to explain complex problems.
• Baseline understanding of technology to build expertise in IT/ERP systems.
