You love the details, get excited about planning ahead and thinking about risks that may get in our way. You transition seamlessly between the detail and the big picture. In this role you need to be equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, client relationship builder, and cheerleader. Obviously, you will have a deep understanding / experience with Agency Workflow systems (Workfront or similar) and project management methodologies. You thrive in an ever-changing environment and know how to adapt your approach when working with people from different disciplines (Creative, CRM, Analytics, Strategy, Technical etc.)

• Delivery of online and offline campaigns across email, direct mail, media and events that span global markets
• Manage and control project scope and the change control process for large integrated projects as well as smaller campaigns
• Ability to own and manage multiple digital and print projects concurrently
• Own, track and manage project plans and timelines
• Input data and generate reports within the agency’s project management tool
• Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings, keeping assigned teams on track from brief to delivery.
• Facilitate collaborative, active communications between team members.
• Identify, manage, eliminate project barriers or risks to ensure project health.
• Continually problem-solve and negotiate to push projects to the desired outcome

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing campaign project management (marketing agency or client side) delivering omnichannel projects across email, events, video, print, social and media
• Evidence of working well independently and cross functionally with strong interpersonal, negotiating and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Workfront or similar). PMP certification a plus
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
• Demonstrated experience working in ambiguous environments and using influence to always find a way forward and deliver great work
