Responsibilities:

 

• Consult managers on a day-to-day basis and guide through operational HR topics
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics during their employment and resolve any issues that may arise
• Be a close partner to our external payroll provider as well as first point of contact for employees in payroll related questions
• Prepare pension plans and calculation for external pension/insurance company
• Practice a good cooperation with colleagues from accounting department to align on booking of personnel costs
• Complete administrative tasks that are connected to the employee life cycle (e.g. hires, documents throughout the employment, terminations)
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute Human Resource programs for all HR related processes
• Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs and processes based on the business environment / strategy
• Manage job requisitions from opening to closure and take ownership to ensure successful completion and closure of recruitment process
• Support on implementation of HR policies and guidelines as well as changes/updates and apply these to local regulations

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience demonstrating knowledge of multiple Human Resource subject areas
• Understanding of local labor law, HR processes and tools
• Excellent communication skills that include negotiable skills in Dutch, French and English
• Strong IT skills, including the use of online tools, in-house databases and MS Office applications
