Description & Requirements

Infor is looking for a Director of Digital experience that will be responsible for designing and executing a cohesive, digitally empowered employee experience grounded in Principle Based Management that spans from candidate to alumni engagement.  Leads major cross-functional projects - focused on execution, deployment, and scaling of key initiatives within an overarching employee experience strategy. This person will partner closely with IT, HR, Enablement, and other capabilities to identify and address unmet employee needs, remove digital friction, and drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity, and brand advocacy.  This role also plays a strategic part in shaping external recruiting efforts, that ensures Infor’s employer brand consistency and employer value proposition, building an employee-centric PBM culture that attracts, engages, enables, and retains top talent.
A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Create and own the vision and strategy for a seamless, digitally enabled employee experience.
  • Act as a connection between groups like Enablement, IT, HR, Marketing and Sales to ensure the employee journey is consistent, intuitive, and engaging at every digital touchpoint. Lead prioritized efforts to help address identified challenges and gaps.
  • Partner with IT, learning, content and data owners to inform strategies that consistently deliver highly relevant information that supports employee experience goals.
  • Own the MyInfor product. Develop and maintain product roadmap, continuously seek feedback on experience, and oversee execution for integrations and enhancements. 
  • Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to uncover employee needs and drive prioritization and improvements, grounded in UX Design & research.
  • Partner with IT to assess, optimize and integrate digital tools employees use daily. 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior experience leading digital initiatives that are proven to improve business outcomes.
  • Track record of managing programs requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience owning digital products, including roadmap and execution.
  • Experience working cross functionally with various teams such as IT, HR, and Development.
  • Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem.
