Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Team Lead in Trading IT, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, empowering your team, and ensuring seamless technology support for our energy trading operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 talented professionals, overseeing time reports, absences, holidays, and overall team well-being
• Ensure your team is strategically staffed with the right mix of internal and contract resources, aligned with Trading IT guidelines
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages growth, accountability, and innovation

Planning, Prioritization & Reporting

• Own your team’s activity planning and backlog management, prioritizing tasks based on business and IT inputs
• Deliver clear, management-level reporting on backlog progress, support tickets, and team performance
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with other delivery teams across Gas & Power Trading IT
