Position Summary

• Review medical records and other critical member documents with PHI and PII and redact and/or anonymize the documents so that they can be used for AI model training. This task will be completed by using tools and/or manually.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams
• Perform thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase.
• Develops product requirements and/or documentation related to their team's features
• Works independently and applies discretion to key tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Healthcare data
• Ability to clearly express ideas, actively listen to others and facilitate effective information exchange within a team.

• Pays careful attention to detail, and able to scrutinize information, identify patterns, and extract relevant insights.
• Ability to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Use available resources effectively, by finding creative ways to address challenges, even with limited resources.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes based on past experiences.

• Ability to work independently and be able to track work and report progress on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with a focus on product development.

• Facilitates conversations with engineering and architecture to ensure engineering understands technical implementation details.
• Recognizes when the team needs support from leadership to ensure delivery stays on track.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business process modeling, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies.

• Recognizes and is able to articulate how design is incorporated throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Understands how to use core design tools, such as Figma.
• Thinks outside the box to generate innovative solutions

Education

• Batchelor's or Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $129,780.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
