  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office management tasks.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Research and gather information on HR best practices and industry trends, contributing to the department's knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Offer support in employee relations matters, including handling inquiries and providing guidance to staff.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including gathering and organizing performance data.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is preferred.
