- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office management tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Research and gather information on HR best practices and industry trends, contributing to the department's knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Offer support in employee relations matters, including handling inquiries and providing guidance to staff.
- Assist with performance management processes, including gathering and organizing performance data.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is preferred.
