Part Time Production Position

• Work Involves nightly Preventive Maintenancen (PM’s) in the paint facility including cleaning paint booths (see below for more details)

• Must Work a Minimum of 4 Hour Shifts

• Limited to 29 hours or Less Per Week

• Eligible for Medical Insurance

• Eligible for 401k if regularly scheduled for more than 20 hours weekly

Candidates Must:

• Be 18 Years Of Age

• Pass a drug test and pre-employment physical screen

• Be on feet for whole shift

• Be constantly moving (bending, walking, reaching, squatting)

• Lift, Push, Pull, Carry Up To 50 Pounds

• Be Willing to work hard as part of a team

• Must have excellent attendance and performance records

• Be able to work in a fast paced environment

Position Description:

Essential Duties:

• Cleaning Mainline paint booths and the Flexline paint Booth
• Some tasks may include but are not limited to:
• Scraping Walls and ceilings
• Changing Floor Paper
• Replacing Filters
• Sweeping
• Vacuuming
• Wiping down Windows and Lights
• Performing Preventative Maintenance on the washer
• Assisting in other areas of the plant as needed
  • Packaging
  • Racking
  • Unloading
  • Sanding

• Apply Lean principles in own work performance and drive Lean applications in company operations

Required Skills:

• Basic math and reading skills required
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Job Specific Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• 3rd shift must have respirator clearance and confined space training due to PM and cleaning tasks in applications. This does require a clean shaven face. Mustaches are allowed.
