Role Description:

We are seeking two (2) Senior Systems Analysts to support the ongoing operations of the (MHC) platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system operations, batch processing, and troubleshooting in a complex enterprise environment.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

•  
  • Install, configure, and manage Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java applications running in AWS.
  • Manage SSL certificates and PGP key generation.
  • Create and manage batch schedules using Control-M or similar tools.
  • Administer and troubleshoot JBoss, Fuse, Apache, Tomcat servers.
  • Use Splunk for system log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Automate tasks using Jenkins and support software build processes.
  • Perform patching, tuning, backup, and recovery operations.
  • Work with JIRA Service Desk to manage incidents and changes.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations, including weekends/holidays.
  Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with Control-M or equivalent batch tools.
  • 2+ years in PostgreSQL or similar database environments.
  • Experience in application/batch integration and system troubleshooting.
  • Background in healthcare or government IT domains preferred.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise system operations.
  • 3+ years managing AWS-hosted applications with JBoss/Tomcat.
  • Experience with EDI, Java runtime diagnostics, and Splunk monitoring.
  • Familiarity with PMO processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to provide root cause analysis and recommend resolution strategies.

 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

•  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
