Position: Polymer Sales Director - Driving Sustainable Solutions

We are seeking an experienced sales leader in the polymer industry to spearhead our sales efforts and drive the commercialization of our new polymer product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all sales efforts, targeting both existing product lines and future innovations, with a focus on thermoplastics compounders and converters.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to provide technical expertise and support to customers.
• Report directly to the COO, interfacing regularly with executive leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience within the polymer manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding of polymer technology and the plastics converting value chain.
• Established industry network and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
