Requirements

The?position will include, but is not limited to tasks like the following:

• Responsible as the key interface to Application Service Providers (ASPs)
• Responsible for migrating ASPs through the on-boarding process.
• Responsible for capturing and validating ASP technical requirements.
• Responsible for conducting ASP tag-ups to include setting agendas and publishing minutes.
• Responsible for communicating with ASPs, program leadership, customers, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, solve problems and issues, and provide status.
• Responsible for tracking ASP on-boarding progress to include impact analysis, implementation design, provisioning execution, and post-provisioning deployment.
• Responsible for interfacing with Tier 2, Tier 3, and Engineering subject matter experts to support ASP requirements and issues.
• Responsible for supporting customer board meetings and briefings as required.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Windows platform operating systems (Windows 10 and Server 2016-2019).
• Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory suite to include (DNS, DFS, ADCS, GPOs).
• Working knowledge of virtualization products with a focus on VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vRealize Operations.
• Working knowledge of storage devices with a focus on Netapp with NAS protocols.
• Working knowledge of Systems Engineer / Architect, developing or implementing information systems with a broad experience base across the entire project lifecycle.
• Working knowledge Provisioning.
• Working knowledge of MCSE, VMware VCP-DCV, Netapp NCDA.
• Working knowledge of Hyper-V.
• Working knowledge of PKI with a focus on CertAgent and Redhat Certificate Authorities.
• Working knowledge of Aspera file transfer systems.
• Working knowledge of Sponsor’s classified and unclassified distributed work environment architectures and systems.
• Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating both orally and in writing with Technical Executives and Cloud Migration team.
• Demonstrated experience in networking, building relationships, and delivering results.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite such as building spreadsheets, consolidating input across various offices, and edit/update as needed.
• Must be able to interface with?program and company leadership, customers, as well as end users.
• Must be willing to work overtime to meet key deadlines, and lead team to do the same.

• Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) mission.
• ITIL Service Operations Knowledge
• IT Service Management and Tools knowledge to include ServiceNow tools.
• Working knowledge virtualization (VMware) coupled with Cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Working knowledge Compute, Network and Storage.
• Working knowledge Managed Kubernetes services.
• Working knowledge of Design, implement, and maintain mechanisms to release and manage software in cloud and on-premises environments using industry-standard tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, AWS CodePipeline, and Synk.
