Job Description

The Senior Associate Project Manager is part of a core project team and helps by executing full projects. The Senior Associate is responsible for the execution of small-scale deliverables with support from other Project Managers. You will be exposed to all facets of the agency every day and develop agility and the ability to work independently.

• Exhibits professional and motivating behavior. 
• Agency process: Adheres to agency process. 
• Client finances: monitor client finances and identify scope creep 
• PM Technical Skills: Familiar with generally accepted project management terms and best practices 
• Technology: Continuously learning technology and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies 
• Project Plans: Manages project plans and budgets  
• Estimates: Independently estimates small engagements 
• Internal Relationships: Responsible for successful collaboration with core team
• Communication: Effectively communicates basic agency recommendations to internal and external clients. Demonstrates influence and diplomacy in written and verbal communications

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $46,500 -$68,500annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
