We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Sr. Project Manager on our Global PDM (Program Delivery & Management) team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver successful projects within a program or workstream. As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you will have the opportunity to manage a program under the guidance of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be capable of driving project success.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Successfully complete and launch projects within assigned timelines, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Work across regions – including working with US-based and global team members – to deliver programs within the North America and International portfolios.
Identify simple and straightforward solutions to complex problems, driving their resolution whenever possible.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster constructive dialogue and seek resolutions in cases of discordant views.
Communicate effectively through clear and concise written and verbal communication, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project timelines, securing commitments and identifying critical paths.
Monitor launch operations, triage issues, and adapt to the needs of workstreams.Apply processes, standards, and risk management thoughtfully, ensuring the appropriate
amount of process and structure for successful outcomes.Utilize industry-standard tools and practical approaches to problem-solving.
Influence the team through data and objective-driven decision-making, guiding program outcomes and operational excellence improvements.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the team's role within the business and its alignment with the overall company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience...
4+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a fixed project environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify simple and effective solutions.
Excellent decision-making abilities, knowing when to engage appropriate resources for problem resolution.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form.
Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, while retaining high-quality work product.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; a go-getter who drives what’s next.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and risk management principles is desirable.
