Marketing Project Manager

Overview

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead the implementation of all external and internal marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in helping our team launch marketing campaigns effectively. To deliver high quality campaigns, you must excel at project management and managing the end-to-end process workflow.

This position will be responsible for working cross functionally with key stakeholders on the marketing team and across the organization to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and with high standards.  This position will also play a pivotal role in managing or supporting other key aspects of operations including vendor management, marketing technology, analytics and reporting, delivering world-class webinars, and supporting Cotiviti’s account-based marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practice across the marketing organization through a foundation of streamlined processes and strong project management to develop agile style, prioritized and project centric methods of work.
• Resolves project issues by working with team members and others as appropriate.
• Support change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts.
• Build and optimize reporting infrastructure as needed.
• Oversee training of marketing software and user adoption to ensure team alignment and consistency and guarantee adherence to best practices.
• Develop and execute world-class webinars.
• Support the management of the marketing tech stack by continuously evaluating and optimizing the features with each tool.
• Create documentation outlining marketing operation processes, programs, and procedures to ensure best practices in marketing ops, campaign and lead management.
• Support researching new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences by leveraging our marketing tools.
• Responsible for vendor management to include processing new and existing contracts, PO creation, contract processing, and invoice management.
• Maintain the marketing vendor database.
• Track the effectiveness of advertising initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role in account-based marketing strategy through database management, report creation and audience development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience. Marketing Operations experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely proficient in SmartSheet project management tool.
• Extremely proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Demandbase ABM platform is a bonus.
• Experience with ABM strategy.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally in a large organization.
• Should be self-motivated and a curious problem-solver.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

Base compensation ranges from $77,000 to $90,500. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
