THE JOB:
As a Front Desk Representative Lead, you will welcome our guests, and by understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own the experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.22

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise daily operational functions of the front desk consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department, division and property

• Train and direct the hotel’s front desk staff

• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition and mutual respect

• Ensure guests are treated courteously, complaints and problems are resolved, and requests for special services are carried out by monitoring staff with customer interaction

• Ensure expected standards are met for the Front Desk department

• Maintain steady movement of the line by ensuring all staff members are at their assigned window/station
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong listening skills to understand guest needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly

• Comfortable and proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., booking systems, reservation software), computer software (e.g., Outlook, MS Word, Excel) and other front desk technology

• Capable of managing a variety of tasks, without losing attention to detail

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
