Job Summary: As a SMB Product Content Curator, you will be a part of the Priority Technology Holdings Product Strategy team which creates product marketing assets for our employees, merchants, and partners for all SMB products. You will be responsible for development of instructionally sound educational content to be used for marketing materials and other training resources for internal and external needs for a variety of topics. In addition to creating new content, you will also update and improve existing content using current and emerging technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become or be a SME in all SMB products.
- Manage the PRTH.com University site documentation, product assets in MX Connect’s Document Library and work in collaboration with Marketing on any PRTH.com SMB product assets.
- Manage all SMB Landing Pages.
- Assists with and provides backup for all SMB marketing activities and directly with the Director of Product Strategy and the Product Content Designer.
- Utilizes adult learning theories and performance improvement processes to analyze, develop, implement and evaluate instructional and sales materials to enhance product adoption thus increasing revenue for all SMB products.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across the organization to determine gaps, develop, and improve materials that drive adoption and are consistent with internal marketing standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business line managers and peers to formulate project objectives, scope, and schedule for producing deliverables.
Determines training needs with stakeholders through observation of job tasks, group and individual interviews, questionnaires or surveys, and other appropriate needs analysis methods or techniques.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Two years of work experience in content creating, marketing, learning and development, or other directly relevant fields.
- Knowledge of and experience developing content in Google suite.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and planning skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in instructional and sales content writing, script writing, video content creation, and comfortable providing voice overs.
- Experience in delivering content to internal and external and in a face to face, phone or webinar environment. Facilitation and instructor skills preferred but not required - we are eager to train!
- Compensation range: $56,000-$70,000
