Your Next Challenge:
- You will consult with the Chief People Officer and other leaders to develop, implement, and administer global compensation policies and programs.
- Lead an impactful team of compensation professionals, inspiring them to seek excellence.
- Bring awareness of future trends to thoughtfully align compensation with Getty Images People strategy, driving the use of technology analytics, data visualization and other innovative compensation tools.
- Provide thought leadership in areas such as pay equity, ESG and transparency. You will demonstrate outstanding commitment to our Leadership and Operating Principles, including our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce where all employees thrive.
- Develop key cross-functional partnerships across the organization, including working with global finance on headcount planning, budgeting and forecasting; and with legal, internal audit, and other parts of the HR team to ensure compliance.
- Manage global equity, bonus and merit plans and processes. Provide guidance, support and direction to managers and other colleagues.
- Prepare proxy related materials including the CD&A, compensation tables, and supporting data. Draft compensation discussion sections appearing in the CD&A. Track NEO compensation and other executives that could reach NEO level.
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations; stay abreast of evolving thinking of governmental entities in anticipation of future changes.
- Act as a strategic business advisor to senior business leaders and a partner to HR leaders, ensuring that our programs align with our business goals and support talent acquisition, retention, career development, mobility and our diversity initiatives.
- Provide consultative thought leadership to the human resources community and Getty Images business leaders on pay decisions, pay guidelines, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related challenges.
- Provide senior management comprehensive regular reporting of competitive pay position versus marketplace; advise managers of compensation trends and anecdotal market intelligence.
- Partner with HR and management in the development and evaluation of job descriptions. Assigning FLSA classification, salary grades and job levels on new roles.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 7-10 years compensation experience, preferably in an international public company
- Demonstrated strong management experience leading successful teams
- Experience designing and building compensation programs, job architecture, pay models and benchmarking approaches
- A highly metrics-focused orientation and the ability to effectively communicate technically complex information
- Strong working knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced, frequently changing, and leanly staffed environment
- Commitment to efficiently manage current programs, challenge the status quo, and champion new initiatives
- The desire and capability of a consummate team player who builds highly effective professional relationships and can effectively work with and communicate across multiples levels of the organization
